- We are a product company, not a courier. Every parcel travels with a third party courier or transporter.
- Shipping is charged extra, at actual cost, and paid by the customer.
- Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delay or early delivery.
- Once goods leave our warehouse, transit risk is yours. Transit insurance is recommended.
Who ships your order
KOKOKOKO India does not run its own shipping service. We dispatch from our Bangalore warehouse through third party couriers, transport companies and cargo carriers. The carrier's own terms, rates and rules apply to every shipment.
Shipping charges
Product prices do not include shipping. Freight is charged extra, at actual, as billed by the carrier. It depends on weight, parcel size and volume, distance, pin code and the carrier's own policies, and may include remote area, tail-lift, loading, unloading and last mile charges plus applicable GST.
We share the shipping amount with you before dispatch. We dispatch once the amount is paid, or on a freight-to-pay basis only where the carrier allows it and we have agreed in writing.
Your choice of courier
We ship by the courier or transport company you name. If you do not name one, we suggest a carrier and you accept it by confirming the order. You may also send your own pickup vehicle, courier, cargo or flight arrangement.
If you ask us to arrange the booking, we do it only as a convenience on your behalf. The carrier is your contracted carrier, and any loss, delay or damage is a matter between you and that carrier.
Delivery times are estimates
Delivery is a physical movement of goods. It cannot be promised to the day. Timing depends on location, distance, weight, size of the parcel, the carrier's policies, road conditions, weather, strikes, festivals, permits and other factors outside our control.
We are not responsible for delay, or for goods arriving earlier or later than any estimate we or the carrier gave.
Booked an event? Order well in advance and allow ample time. If you need the goods quickly, you can collect them from our warehouse by appointment, send your own pickup, or arrange your own vehicle or flight.
When our responsibility ends
Risk passes to you when the goods are handed to the carrier, or to your own nominated pickup. After that point we are not responsible for loss, theft, accident, damage, delay or any other incident in transit. Any claim for transit loss or damage is to be made by you against the carrier.
You can protect yourself by taking transit insurance. It is your responsibility to arrange it. If you want us to include it in the booking, tell us before dispatch. The premium is charged to you.
Packing and large items
Goods ship in the manufacturer's original cartons. Large items, such as frame pools, may come in more than one carton. Scuffs, dents or marks on a carton from normal handling are not a product defect. Check the carton count and condition when you receive the goods, and follow the steps in the Returns, Damage and Replacement policy.
Address, failed delivery and self pickup
Give a complete address with a working phone number. Charges for failed delivery, re-delivery, return to origin and carrier storage are payable by you.
Self pickup from our Bangalore warehouse is by appointment. Bring your order number and a photo ID. Inspect the goods before you leave. Visible condition cannot be disputed after the goods leave our premises.
Orders from outside India
We deliver within India. An order from outside India is accepted only after written confirmation from us. In that case you are the importer of record and are responsible for customs clearance, import duties, taxes and local compliance.
