Who can buy online?
Anyone can buy in-stock items. Pre-order is for B2B buyers only.
Are the brands genuine?
Yes. We import original Bestway and Intex. We are a retailer, not the brand.
Is GST included?
Prices are + 18% GST. Checkout adds it. Every order gets a GST invoice.
How do I pay?
UPI, cards and net banking through Razorpay.
Delivery
How fast is delivery?
In stock: about 1 week. B2B pre-order: 4 to 7 weeks.
What does shipping cost?
Extra, at actual, by third-party transporters. We ship pan-India from Bangalore.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking is shared within 48 hours of dispatch.

What is the minimum order?
₹6,00,000 per order. Quantity starts at 5, in steps of 5.
How does B2B pre-order work?
Pay 30% to book and 70% before dispatch from Bangalore.
Are accessories sold retail?
No. Accessories and spares are B2B only.
Returns and warranty
What does warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects, reported within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.
Can I return an item?
No change of mind returns. Damage or defects must be reported within 24 hours with an unboxing video.
Setup
Do I need a fitter?
No. Pools are made for DIY setup on a flat, level spot.
What ground is best?
Fully level ground. Concrete or paver blocks work best.
