Pick a flat, open, firm area away from trees, overhead wires and sharp edges, close to an earthed socket for the pump and a water source, with a drain path for emptying. On a terrace, get the slab load checked by a structural engineer first.
Check the whole area with a spirit level or a water level. If it is not level, cut down the high spots and ram or hammer the ground until it is firm and perfectly level. Do not just add loose soil to the low side.
A concrete base or paver blocks laid flat give the most stable, long-lasting result. Well-compacted, level ground works for smaller sizes.
Remove all stones, nails, roots, glass and other sharp objects. Then lay a ground cloth (ground sheet) under the pool to protect the liner.
It is a DIY product: two or three adults can set it up by following the manual. Fill slowly and re-check the level in the first few centimetres of water. If it drifts, drain and re-level before filling.
Our technician comes from Bangalore to your location. We charge Rs 300 to Rs 500 per hour, counted from leaving Bangalore until returning to Bangalore, depending on site complexity, overnight stays and travel mode. Ask us on WhatsApp for an estimate.

Shipping is charged extra at actual cost. It depends on the mode you choose (road transport, courier or air cargo) and how urgently you need the goods.
We sell products; we do not run the shipping. Delivery is handled by third-party transporters and couriers and is beyond our control. Shipping is physical: a shipment can arrive a little early or late because of a breakdown, a puncture, an accident, weather, strikes or hand-overs between carriers. We are not responsible for delays in transit, so please order well before any event or deadline.
Within 48 hours of dispatch we share the shipping company name and tracking number with you. After that, please follow up directly with the transporter or courier for delivery updates.
